The warehouse makes weight estimation according to the actual situation of the goods ordered.

If the estimated weight is more than 2kg and less than 30kg, the order will be actually weighed and marked as (real weight). .(Note: an actual weight order may be less than 2kg). If the estimated weight is less than 2kg or greater than 30kg, the actual weight is not given and is marked as (estimated weight).

When a package is created, the system automatically counts the total weight of the package as either a real weight or an estimated weight. Where the estimated weight of less than 2kg is calculated as 2kg by default..

When you create a package, you might run into two situations:

1. When the total weight of the goods (real weight and + estimated weight) is greater than 24kg, the system will inform you that the package may be overweight.

If the package is overweight after packing, the warehouse will separate it without notice, and the separation will incur new packing charges and international postage fee.

2. If the package is larger than 27kg, you will not be able to create the package. You need to contact customer service to help you create the package. Or you can check other goods again to control the real weight below 27kg.
